2002 – AQUA’S FOUNDATION
Aqua was founded with a mission to deliver trusted oil field solutions and equipment rentals, setting the stage for long-term industry leadership.
2004 – OFFICIAL BUSINESS REGISTRATION
Aqua Transfer & Energy Services, LLC was officially registered as a Texas Domestic Limited Liability Company (LLC) on November 23, solidifying its place in the energy sector.
2019 – EXPANSION INTO ACCESS & RESTORATION SERVICES
Aqua expanded its operations to include pipeline construction, repair, and rehabilitation, further strengthening its position as a comprehensive oil field service provider.
Today, Aqua continues to lead the industry with a skilled workforce, state-of-the-art equipment, and a steadfast dedication to safety and quality.

My passion for the oil and gas industry began in childhood, working alongside my grandfather in the oilfield. After starting a fencing company at 18, I pursued my true ambition and founded CHASCO, a vacuum truck business that grew into a thriving operation. In 2002, I launched Aqua, expanding from water transfer and flowback to midstream pipeline construction. Through hard work and a commitment to a family-oriented culture, Aqua has become a trusted contractor in the industry. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time with my family.

I began my career as a welder helper, quickly advancing to welder, welding foreman, and fabrication lead. With over a decade in welding and project management, I transitioned into operations, overseeing projects from the ground up. My experience as a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) and superintendent has shaped my leadership approach, ensuring quality and efficiency in every project. At Aqua, I’m proud to contribute to a team that values expertise, safety, and hard work. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and pursuing my passion for craftsmanship.

With nearly two decades in the oil and gas industry, I’ve specialized in drilling, completions, production, and pipeline operations while leading HSE and operations management. As a Veriforce & NCCER OQ Instructor, PEC/Safeland Instructor, and American Red Cross First Aid & CPR Instructor, I’m dedicated to fostering a strong safety culture. At Aqua, I ensure that our teams operate with the highest safety standards, protecting both our people and the environment.

I began my pipeline career as a welder helper before advancing to welding cross-country pipelines and in-service welding for major oil and gas companies. Over the years, I gained expertise in pipeline integrity projects, tank farms, CTBs, and compressor stations, eventually becoming a welding foreman overseeing multiple projects. Transitioning into operations, I served as a superintendent, managing multi-lay pipeline projects and assisting with bidding and billing. Since 2022, I’ve been proud to lead as Project Manager/Estimator, handling project oversight, cost tracking, scheduling, bidding, and financial management. At Aqua, I’m committed to precision, efficiency, and delivering top-quality results. Outside of work, I enjoy time with family and staying engaged in the industry.
